When you arrive at Core VR Derby, located at St Peter’s Churchyard, our friendly staff will be ready to welcome you. You’ll be outfitted with top-of-the-line VR equipment, if you have booked a Free Roam this could including a haptic vest that enhances your experience by allowing you to feel sensations from the virtual world. This vest, along with our other gear, ensures a truly immersive adventure.
2. Safety and Comfort
Your safety and comfort are very important to us. We provide clear instructions and safety guidelines with our VR setup to ensure you have a great experience. If you have any concerns or special requirements, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us adjust our schedule and accommodate other guests.
